We had a feeling Kim Kardashian wouldn’t be the sort to do sod all exercise while pregnant and to pig out on lots of fatty foods.
Instead the reality star is working hard to maintain a healthy body and she’s using famous personal trainer Tracy Anderson - who’s worked with Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow – to do so. She took to her blog to say:
‘Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape!'
'She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby.
'It’s really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I’m really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on.'
Coincidentally, and this really is a coincidence mind, Tracy is just in the process of releasing a series of exercise DVDs for pregnant women entitled The Pregnancy Project. What lucky timing that Kim has just promoted her services like this eh?
Aside from wanting to keep in shape, Kim has also found some of the other effects from pregnancy quite difficult to deal with. She recently admitted:
"When people say pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would disagree. I think from this stage on it does become easier and funner but it’s just adjusting. It’s a little painful, there’s a lot of growing pains.”
Just wait until she has to pop the thing out – it won’t be any less painful that’s for sure.
