She’s come a long way since her days on The Only Way Is Essex, but it seems Amy Childs just can’t let go of the past.
The reality TV star has branded Celebrity Big Brother contestant Tricia Penrose ‘two-faced’ following a dig that she made about her on the Channel 5 show.
In her Big Brother introduction video, Tricia referred to a rather embarrassing situation which occurred last year when she and Amy arrived at the Pia Minchi and Inanch VIP collection launch wearing the same dress.
The former Heartbreat star claims that Amy asked her to change into another dress, but says that she refused because she was the more famous star – and because she looked better in the outfit.
However, according to The Sun, Amy remembers the fashion face-off rather differently and claims that Tricia complimented her on wearing the floor-length leopard-print ensemble.
“She actually told me I looked lovely,” Amy recalled. “I offered to change and she said, ‘I’m twice your age and you look better than me.’
“I can’t believe she said she looked better than me – what a nasty thing to say. She’s so two-faced,'' she added.
