While Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are still licking their wounds after receiving Razzie Award nominations, Anne Hathaway has cause for celebration today after getting a BAFTA nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
And her good luck might not stop there either; its thought that the actress will receive a similar nomination at this year’s Oscars her role in Les Miserables.
However if Anne wants to nab that Bafta she’ll have to beat Judi Dench (Skyfall), Amy Adams (The Master), Sally Field (Lincoln) and Helen Hunt (The Sessions) to take home the prize, which must be a daunting prospect indeed.
The Hollywood star was actually at another awards show in New York (along with Bradley Cooper, Emily Blunt and Amanda Seyfried) last night – wearing something which looked like it had been borrowed from Karl Lagerfeld – when news of the nomination was announced.
