It’s safe to say that Emma Rigby couldn’t be further from Hollyoaks village right now.
The actress, who played Hannah Ashworth in the long-running soap, has jetted away to Miami to shoot a new movie called Plastic, which stars Lily Allen’s brother Alfie.
In scenes recorded yesterday for the film, Emma slipped into a sexy blue swimsuit and gyrated on a balcony – a role which evidently couldn’t be further from the one she played on a gloomy streets of Hollyoaks.
Her transition to Hollywood star is not quite complete yet though, the film – which is about two students who run a successful credit card fraud scheme from their home – is also being shot in Manchester and London and features a starring role from Sugababe Amelle Berrabah.
Still, it’s definitely a step up from Hollyoaks.
